  8. PROJECT AQUARIUS
  9. (TS/ORCOM), (Proword): Grudge contains sixteen (16) volumnes of
  10. documented information collected from the beginning of the United 
  11. States Investigation on Unidentified Flying Objects, (UFOs) and
  12. Identified Alien Crafts, (IACs).  The project was originally 
  13. established in 1953 by order of President Eisenhower, under 
  14. control of the CIA and MAJI.  In 1960 the project's name was 
  15. changed from project SIGN to project AQUARIUS.  The project was 
  16. funded by CIA funds (non-appropriated).  The project assumed full 
  17. responsibility for investigation and intelligence of UFOs and/or
  18. IACs, after December 1969 when Project Grudge and Blue Book were 
  19. closed.  The purpose of Project Aquarius was to collect all 
  20. scientific, technological, medical and intelligence information 
  21. from UFO and IAC sightings and contacts with Alien Life Forms.
  22. These orderly files of collected information have been used to
  23. advance the United States Air Force Space Program (Not NASA).

  25. Aquarius is a project which compiled the history of Alien presence
  26. and their interaction with HOMO SAPIENS upon this planet for the
  27. last 25,000 years and culminating with the BASQUE PEOPLE 
  28. (PAIS BASCO) who live in the mountainous country on the border of
  29. France and Spain and the Assyrians (or Syrians, originally from the 
  30. Syrius Star).

  33. The preceding briefing is a historical account of the United States 
  34. Government's investigation of Aerial Phenomena, recovered Alien 
  35. Craft, and contacts with extra-terrestrial life forms.

  37. THE PROJECTS UNDER "PROJECT AQUARIUS"
  38.  
  39. 1. (TS/ORCOM) PROJECT PLATO: (Proword: Aquarius) Originally 
  40. established as part of Project SIGN in 1954.  It's mission was to
  41. establish Diplomatic Relations with Aliens. This project was
  42. successful when mutually acceptable terms were agreed upon.  These 
  43. terms involved the exchange of technology for secrecy of Alien 
  44. presence and non interference in Alien affairs.  Aliens agreed to 
  45. supply MAJI with a list of names on a periodic basis.  This project 
  46. is continuing at a site in New Mexico.

  48. 2. (TS/ORCOM) PROJECT SIGMA: (Proword: Aquarius) Originally 
  49. established as part of Project SIGN in 1954.  Became a seperate 
  50. project in 1976.  Its mission was to establish communication with 
  51. the Aliens.  This project met with positive success (SIC). In 1959,
  52. the United States established primitive communications with Aliens.
  53. On April 25, 1964 a USAF Intelligence Officer met with Aliens at 
  54. Mollomar Air Force Base, New Mexico.  The contact lasted for 
  55. approximately three hours, after several attempted methods of
  56. communications the Intelligence Officer managed to exchange basic 
  57. information with the Aliens.  This project is continuing at a site 
  58. in New Mexico.

  60. 3. (TS/ORCOM) PROJECT REDLIGHT (Proword: Grudge) Originally 
  61. established in 1954.  Its mission was to test and fly a recovered
  62. Alien Aircraft.  First attempts resulted in the destruction of the
  63. craft and the death of the pilot.  This project was resumed in 1972.
  64. The project is continuing in Nevada.

  66. 4. (TS/ORCOM) PROJECT SNOWBIRD (Proword: Redlight) Originally
  67. established in 1954.  Its mission was to develop, using 
  68. conventional technology and fly a "Flying Saucer" type craft for
  69. the public.  This project was successful when a craft was built 
  70. and flown in front of the PRESS.  This project was used to explain  
  71. UFO sightings and to divert the publics attention from Project 
  72. Redlight.
